Error 81000362 or 80048869: You cannot sign in to Windows Live MessengerYou may not be able to sign in because you have set your computer to work offline. To enable your computer to work online:
1.In the notification area on the taskbar (near the clock), click the Messenger icon, and then click Exit.
2.Start Internet Explorer.
3.On the File menu, make sure that Work Offline is not checked.
4.Wait a few minutes, and then try to sign in again.
